KneelingthereuponherkneesshebentherheadalmosttothedustandputupprayerstoAmenthathemightbepleasedtohearherandtosatisfythelongingsofherheart。Sheprayedandprayedtillshegrewfaintandweary,whilealwaysAstiutteredherinvocations。Butnoanswercame,nodeityappeared,novoicespoke。AtlengthAstirose,andcomingtoher,whisperedinherear:
